Open year round, including holidays, this membership club of 3000 members has lowered its prices and now allows non-members to play on weekdays, but on weekends during peak season it’s still members only.  With Mt. Fuji in full view from nearly every hole, this 6786-yard course (6205 meters) offers four holes with water, 18 sand traps and one dog’s leg.  Longest hole: 582 yards.  Shortest hole: 152 yards.  On the 250 meter driving range, a basket of balls costs 300 yen.  The club also offers night lights, a practice putting area, full restaurant, pro shop, party facilities and at least one staff member who speaks English.  Although the most convenient train station is Yaga station on the Tokaido Gotenba line, where a shuttle bus to the club operates at peak hours, you can also take a 15-minute taxi ride from Yamakita station for approximately 3000 yen.

Peak season fees: 9,400Y weekdays, 18,400Y weekends (including caddy fee)
